We will fully refund you if we receive your cancellation request no later than 24 hours before your scheduled hands-on training session.

Afterwards, we will offer you a 50% refund if we receive your cancellation request no later than 12 hours before your scheduled hands-on training session.

We have a no refund policy for cancellation requests received later than 12 hours before your scheduled hands-on training session.
